I’ve always been drawn to the way connection to ourselves, others, and nature can transform lives. As a therapist, I help couples, women, and men find clarity and authenticity when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. My approach is warm yet straightforward, guiding you to align your actions with your inner values and create lasting change.

My passion for this work comes from seeing clients rediscover innate wisdom, especially in moments of struggle. I’m trained in Relational Life Therapy with Terry Real, ecotherapy with Kimberly Rose at The Colorado Ecotherapy Institute, and Gestalt-based attachment theory with Duey Freeman. I offer office-based therapy and nature-based sessions in Evergreen and Denver, CO.

I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Regis University, completed my internship at People House in Denver, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you build stronger connections and a life that feels true to you.
