Therapy
Relational Life Therapy for couples caught in the same patterns and ready to change them. Both partners attend together.
Available in person in Evergreen and Denver, and online throughout Colorado.
Nature-Based Therapy
Sessions held outdoors near Evergreen for clients who think more clearly outside four walls. Nature-based offerings are tailored to the season and may differ in length from traditional sessions — same work, different setting.

Insurance & Payment
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
Sessions are self-pay, due at the time of service.
I do provide superbills — detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement this way. It's worth a call to your insurance provider to find out what your out-of-network benefits look like.
Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, HSA, and FSA.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first session. You will receive this estimate in writing prior to beginning services. For questions about your Good Faith Estimate, contact me directly.
