Donation-Based, pay what you can

  • We will be moving inside and outside. Please wear comfortable clothing and layers in case you get chilly.

  • Bring your water bottle and a yoga mat or bolster (if you choose to sit on the floor with us).

  • We will provide light snacks, tea and water. Lunch will not be provided but we can recommend local spots for after the workshop!

  • We trust that our participants know their own limits. There is a movement component to this experiential; however, all movement-based activities are geared to a wide range of abilities.
