$750 per couple $600 per couple until April 19

We will be moving inside and outside. Please wear comfortable clothing and layers in case you get chilly.

Bring your water bottle and a yoga mat or bolster (if you choose to sit on the floor with us).

We will provide light snacks, tea and water. Lunch will not be provided, but we will break for an hour, and we can recommend local spots. Feel free to bring your lunch for a picnic along the creek.

We trust that our participants know their own limits. There is a movement component to this experiential; however, all movement-based activities are geared to a wide range of abilities.

We will provide a refund of 50% for cancellations recieved two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will be refunded at 25%.
