Reclamation: A Return to Self

An 8-week online group for women who are tired in a way that sleep doesn't touch.

September 16 – November 4, 2026 · Wednesdays 6–7:30pm MST
Meets Online · Space for 12 women

You’ve been the one who holds it together for a long time.

You know how to show up. You know how to push through. You've gotten very good at making sure everyone else is okay — so good, in fact, that somewhere along the way you stopped checking in with yourself.

Maybe you feel flat where you used to feel alive. Maybe you catch yourself going through the motions. Maybe there's a low hum of resentment you can't quite shake, or a version of yourself you remember but can't quite locate anymore.

You don't need more productivity tips. You need a place where you can actually exhale — with other women who get it.

What This Group Is

This is an online group experience — led by two licensed therapists — rooted in connection, embodiment, and the particular kind of healing that happens in the presence of other women.

Each session draws from a range of practices — gentle movement, creative expression, reflective inquiry, journaling, nature connection. Not as a checklist, but as doorways.

We listen more than we push. We follow the body as much as the mind. We make space for what's been buried beneath the busyness — the pleasure, the wildness, the knowing that got set aside somewhere along the way.

This is not a therapy group or a substitute for individual psychotherapy — though it is led by two licensed therapists and designed to be deeply supportive and healing.

Who This Is For

Women who are tired in a way that sleep doesn't touch.

Women who have spent years being everything to everyone — and are no longer sure who they are when no one needs anything.

Women who feel numb where they used to feel alive. Who crave real connection, not more self-improvement. Who know, somewhere beneath the exhaustion, that there is more.

We're not here to fix you.

We're here to make enough space that you can find your way back to yourself — together.
